I wish I could give negative stars. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this vet. My darling kitten which I bought here was actually sick! sick at a vets ... strange I know. We got the poor little darling home and she was back and forth to this vet for 6+ months as she was unwell with constant snot / sneezing comming out of her nose. After many many visits, the words which caused me never to return to this vet "some cats just sneeze". Well actually, no they don't. You have a duty of care to ensure you sell healthy animals. This occured a few years ago; my darling is now 3.5 and we have spent thousands. To top it all off she's 3.5 years young and dying of kidney disease because of improper advice to nominate rescue cat or any sort of idea of origin. you would think ... buying a kitten from a vet some level of health checks would be done. I don't directly blame this vet due to this condition (kidney disease). I blame this vet for negligence and improper conduct and care. My now family member is dying. I am happy we gave her a lovely home over her now short life. Shame on you, please retire as you will benift the community not to have contact with animals due your complete disregard for their well fair. it's just a sneezing cat... no its a sick cat, do what your trained for! do NOT disregard the animals wellbeing. No not send your loved pets here.

Since the Clinic was taken over by new management I have observed a more generous and caring approach by staff to the various 'fur-children' of Albion. I was never wholly impressed by the former Owner, and this has been communicated by many here. But the new Team constantly demonstrate a genuine caring nature and have a true empathy towards the anxieties of many 'parents' and their 'children'. I lost a long-time companion and the staff were a true support, when I adopted my new family member ... well, let's just say he was a 'troubled-child' with some major trust issues towards anyone who wears a smock ... The Team of Albion Veterinary Surgery have been there for Jack every step of the way since his adoption, from the time he was horrifically attacked by two-much larger dogs to even more minor ailments along his journey. They have accepted him (and his eccentricities) and because of this when ever we have had to pay the dreaded people in the 'smocks' a visit, he doesn't think of the forthcoming vaccination needle but rather a pat's and the dry liver treats he will happily devour in the following 15-minutes. Highly recommended and fully trusted.

AVOID! Unorganised. Always late for appointments. So overpriced. Seem to run on locum vets. Food orders always take forever to arrive, never as promised. Totally ruined our boy's chance of having his surgery covered by insurance due to locum's shoddy note taking. AVOID
