  As there was no stock and not likely to be any, I asked what I needed to get from my doctor script wise for alternatives and no assistance was given, just attitude and a whole lot of aggressive behaviour slamming the stapler, the drugs and other stationary items over the counter. Is this fair for a grown woman to behave like this in front of a customer?

  I ended up getting something to help with the pain but in a slightly weaker form but not from her suggestion, I had to come up with alternates for myself. What a joke.

  I have been coming here for the last 2 years and everything has been great however today I sadly had to deal with someone with little empathy, patience and a clear inability to help someone out in a respectful manner with what was quite simple request, in my opinion. I had a script for a higher dose of codeine and they did not have any in stock which I knew because another member of staff told me that I would need a script. What did I do? I got one!
